With strong growth in France and internationally, the teams needed a German-speaking talent with entrepreneurial experience to roll out its solution to two major German customers.

This assignment gave me the opportunity to work in the field of ESG that interested me, and to collaborate with an enthusiastic and passionate team. The WEEM teams provided excellent supervision and project coordination, and were always open to discussion.
WEEM demonstrated responsivness in mobilizing talents with very specific skills: German speakers with an entrepreneurial profile. I appreciated Anaïs' intelligent positioning with customers as well as internally at Deepki. She brought a method and a structure that contributed to the success of the project.
