Defining an ambition
As the company was acquired by a fund in 2018, the objective was to accelerate its 5-year growth trajectory while building an equity story aligned with the fund's ambitions and driven by operational staff.

Methodological approach
Céline ensured this alignment on three levers:

In just a few days a week for two months, Céline proposed an ambitious development project, based on a rationale co-constructed with the teams, who were then involved in its implementation.
