Leslie Garçon is a graduate of HEC Paris (HEC Entrepreneurs major). She began her career as a strategy consultant for 5 years with the Boston Consulting Group, then as Project Manager at Printemps. She then spent over 4 years as an independent consultant, working on strategic projects for various companies, mainly in the Retail, Luxury Goods and FMCG sectors. Drawing on her experience and motivated by her desire to promote the growth of high-level independents and freelancers in France and Europe, Leslie co-founded WEEM in 2018.

Aristide Varvounis is a graduate of ESIEA - Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieur Informatique Electronique Automatique. He started in the management consulting world with several firms (Kurt Salmon, Sopra Steria Next, TNP consultants) on transformation projects and operational implementation. He founded WEEM in 2018 to accelerate the growth of high-level freelancers in France and Europe.

Isabelle Pestourie has an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of CELSA. She began her career at the communications agency HOPSCOTCH, then joined Social Builder, an association dedicated to the retraining of women in the digital sector. She joined WEEM en 2019 where she is Deputy Director and leads Marketing. She is passionate about art and walking in nature.

Jean-Baptiste Hecquet is a graduate of KEDGE Business School. He began his career in the FMCG sector (Loïc Raison, Colgate Palmolive) as product manager and key account manager. He then accompanied as a freelance for 2 and a half years companies in the transport, insurance, service and luxury sectors on transformation projects before joining WEEM en 2018 en as COO. He is WEEM's first employee. Jean-Baptiste is passionate about martial arts (Taekwondo, MMA), sailing and freediving.

Marilyn François is a graduate of CentraleSupélec (Ecole Centrale Paris), Paris-Assas University in Coaching and UCLA (Los Angeles, USA) in Mediation/conflict management and Human Resources Management. She began her career in Consulting Strategy in France and internationally, including 8 years with Bain & Company and 5 years in the USA; then she moved into Talent Management and joined WEEM in 2020 en as Talent & Community Director, where she is in charge of developing and leading the community of 4000+ high-level independent talents. She is passionate about choral singing and yoga.

Christel Franco holds a Master's degree in English-German, Christel has worked in various support functions in large groups as well as in TPE and has acquired great versatility. Self-employed from 2013 to 2022, she joined WEEM in July 2019 on a timeshare basis, to devote herself fully to the company from 2022 onwards. As Administrative and Financial Manager, Christel is the point of contact for consultants and customers as soon as an assignment is won (from contractualization to settlements). Passionate about reading and genealogy.

Yvone Branco is a graduate in Marketing and Business Management. She began her career as Marketing Coordinator for Spain/Portugal, then Marketing Director in the retail sector. She joined WEEM 2 years ago, as Staffing Manager. Since October 2023, Yvone has been Head of Staffing. She has a passion for reading, travelling and parachuting.

Linda Keita has a degree in Human Resources. She began her career as a Human Resources Manager in the Aerospace industry. She joined the WEEM Staffing team in 2021. She is passionate about cinema and gastronomy.

Federico Anús Shayo is a graduate engineer from the École Centrale de Lyon and the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He began his career as a consultant in Argentina, before joining Wavestone, where he worked for two years on Data & AI and project management assignments for CAC 40 clients. Building on his expertise in operations management and data structuring, he left consulting to join WEEM as Operations Manager. Passionate about sports and nature, Federico is also a fervent supporter of the River Plate soccer team.

Axel Drijsen is a graduate of the Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS Sup) and the Institut d'Etudes Européennes at the Université Paris VIII. After starting out at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Paris, Axel discovered his interest in human contact as a headhunter in Brussels. After 3 years, he moved into the role of HR consultant and then Talent Acquisition Officer, still at Belgium. He joins WEEM en 2022 as Talent Manager, where he is in charge of welcoming, onboarding and animating the community of 4000+ high-level independent talents. A French-Dutch national, he is passionate about reading, gaming and film.

Abdelali Belbacha graduated from Audencia Business School with a degree in digital strategy and data marketing, and worked in the marketing and digital departments of major groups before joining WEEM as Marketing Manager. His main role is to develop awareness of WEEM among talents and customers, managing projects and implementing the marketing action plan. Abdelali is passionate about travel, gaming and soccer.

Lina Outikni is a student at the Paris School of Business, where she joined WEEM as a work-study marketing and communications project manager. She is passionate about social networks, graphic design, video editing and events. She works on various marketing projects at WEEM to boost awareness among customers and consultants.

Charles is currently in his 4th year at ECE Paris, specializing in product engineering. Thanks to his professional experience and academic projects, he has developed a global approach to projects, combining both commercial and technical aspects. His career path has enabled him to acquire a particular ease in managing and carrying out technical projects, where he excels at identifying and responding effectively to specific needs. His internship at I-Tracing immersed him in the technical challenges of cybersecurity, as well as giving him significant experience in the operations department. He is a keen sportsman, especially soccer and body-building, and also has a passion for music, playing the saxophone and composing his own music.

Zineb Douchin Lazraq is a graduate of the UTC. She cut her teeth as a Business Manager in the Banking/Finance Consulting sector, before devoting 4 years to an entrepreneurial project. She joined WEEM in 2023, as Senior Client Manager, where she mainly assists major players in the digital security sector, notably on development strategy issues. In parallel with her career, she is a professional dancer, specializing in contemporary dance, and works on various cultural projects.

An Arts et Métiers engineer, Dorian Miras began his career in Asia before moving to Paris in 2010 to join Exton Consulting, where he worked for 4 years. Freelance for over 10 years, he now concentrates on supporting General Management, working with companies of all sizes and sectors (Europcar, Coface, Oodrive, etc.) on strategic studies and transformation projects. Very hands-on, he is an expert in PMI and carve-out programs. When he's not behind his computer or in meetings, Dorian spends most of his time fixing oil leaks in his Volkswagen Combi.

Marion is a graduate of HEC Paris and a certified Executive Coach (Vincent Lenhardt's Transformance School). She has over 20 years' experience in Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience, in Executive Management positions in a wide variety of sectors (telecoms, tourism, pharmaceuticals, BtoB services). A digital pioneer and true Transformation Accelerator, she works as an Executive Coach and consultant to support teams through complex transformations requiring a change in individual or collective posture. Her key areas of expertise: strategy and vision, digital transformation, agility, omnichannel strategy, data strategy, growth acceleration, reorganization.

Florian Roques is a graduate of HEC Paris, ScPo Paris, trained in design, regenerative economy and professional coach (individual and team). With a background in strategic management consulting, facilitation and innovation through design thinking, he blends the best of these three worlds in the service of innovation and transformation projects where the user experience, the human factor or the systemic approach are key: design and launch of offers, new business models, redefinition of the value chain, strategic and prospective vision, etc. He has worked for numerous decision-makers in companies and the public sector, and founded sensinnov before becoming Senior Advisor WEEM. Passionate about design (of course), new mobility, gastronomy and music (jazz).

Mohamed is an engineer trained at ENSEIRB, with additional studies at ESSEC and an MBA from INSEAD. He has 15 years' experience in evaluating companies in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and consulting strategy and management. His work covers the launch of new activities, digital transformation, the management of complex programs and projects, and the implementation of cost reduction strategies, particularly in the optimization of IT costs. Mohamed has also co-founded a startup in the foodtech sector, a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to innovate.

With a Master's degree in MIAGe and a Master's in Information Systems and Knowledge from the IAE Paris - Panthéon Sorbonne, Linda began her career in management and organization consulting with Deloitte. An independent consultant for the past 6 years, she supports her customers on IT and business transformation programs in France and abroad in the financial sector. In addition to her assignments, Linda is a keen runner, mountaineer and scuba diver. Very involved with the association les dunes d'espoir, she shares her passion for running and trail running with disabled young people.

Loriane is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (Master in Management - Finance). She began her career at BPCE's General Inspection department, where she managed teams all over the world, giving her in-depth knowledge of all the bank's businesses. She now supports the top management of several banking groups on the strategic and operational aspects of Data and AI topics, which have become her specialty for several years. Loriane is also pursuing a career as an actress, and above all enjoys traveling en family.
