Young.
I'm 31 years old and it's only been a few months since I set up my own business. After years of study (engineering school (Télécom Paris) then a specialized master's degree at ESSEC), and a few years in a law firm, I decided to take the plunge.
Free.
I learned a lot working in a consulting firm: I traveled, I built myself as a professional and I started to build a network. Today, as a freelancer, I'm embarking on a new adventure that suits me and that I'm passionate about. I'm discovering the freedom to choose my subjects and be in control of my time.
Independent.
It's a decision that took a long time to come to fruition.
First of all, I left my old job with a "rupture conventionnelle", which gave me a form of financial security. Secondly, I relied heavily on the people around me. Several people had already taken the plunge and helped me through the process. Today, several startups make the job much easier. I'd recommend Qonto (an online bank) and Legal Start (for administration).
Passionate.
I love moments when the client relationship is very strong. It's an experience I had in Jamaica. That's how passion comes. Once you feel part of a team, the project becomes a real success.
What I like about this job is that we're here to help our customers succeed by capitalizing on each other's strengths. We want our customers to be satisfied and proud of the results. It's a team effort!
Benevolent.
I like to bring an outside view, a fresh perspective. I've learned from every company, every journey, every experience, and today I'm able to take the best and adapt it for my customers. Accompanying entrepreneurs in their successes and projects, and witnessing what I bring to others, gives me real satisfaction.
Ambitious.
I'd like to evolve, grow my business, succeed on my own, recreate a professional network in France and eventually have my own consulting firm.
WEEM
My main reason for joining WEEM is its human dimension. First I met Matthieu, then Aristide, so it was a real human contact. I immediately felt that I was more than just a CV in a database, that I was part of a community.
