WEEM is pronounced "ouimmm", like WE (us) + ME (me), all independent within a community of the heart!
On average, assignments last 40 days. However, WEEM assignments can range from 1 to 200 days, depending on the type of project. For example, a few days for a due diligence, up to several months, possibly renewable, for the management of a transformation project.
Both formats are possible, depending on the project, with the predominance of "single" missions.
In general, you and client are autonomous in project management. The WEEM teams, on the other hand, are always at your side. In addition, we hold regular progress reviews with you and client , and produce an evaluation for each project.
Of course, joining the WEEM community is in no way incompatible with registering with other matchmaking platforms; however, in the context of your assignments, it is important to respect the commitments of our charter.
Yes, your day rate is not imposed by WEEM. We are at your disposal to present you with the market standards that apply to your profile and to share our feedback. When negotiating with client , discussions are always conducted fairly and transparently with you. You always have the last word.
In most cases, travel expenses are covered by client , which defines a project-related cost envelope in advance. These expenses are billed to client upon validation and presentation of supporting documents. In some cases, expenses can be factored into your daily rate after a simulation of your needs (recommended).
