Accompanying the Group's various Houses in accelerating their Omnichannel strategies and customer paths through the launch of various Group-wide programs relating to stores, products, purchasing paths and customer services.

Activities and deliverables

- Supporting the Houses in defining Omnichannel best practices, defining KPIs, scoping projects and selecting IT partners

- Prioritization of Omnichannel use-cases and definition of a roadmap for the Group's "Omnichannel Factory", in support of the Houses

- Support IT teams in building products, within the agreed budget and schedule.
