Activities and deliverables

1) Key account management

- Negotiating new contracts with local suppliers

- Management of existing contracts with suppliers in other markets and adaptation of the offer to the new market.

2) Program management

- Helping suppliers use the platform and catalogs

- Coordination between suppliers and IT support - Helping suppliers manage specific local issues (VAT numbers, taxes, company codes, etc.).
