Overhaul of all operational dashboards as part of the implementation of a new Business Intelligence tool.

Activities and deliverables

- Definition of requirements with business teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) for the 45 dashboards: objectives, KPIs and their definitions, periodicity, access rights, etc.

- Formalization of requirements to the IT team

- Contribution to deferral revenue
