Structure and manage a portfolio of digital projects focused on quality and the client omnichannel digital experience.

Activities and deliverables

Marketing Department - Consolidation of project portfolio reporting

- Monitoring and checking project progress (quality/cost/time) and compliance with specifications

- Leading cross-functional steering bodies and coordinating players

- Communication to provide visibility on project progress

- Project risk mapping and management (qualitative, budgetary, contractual and scheduling)

- Drawing up recommendations, solutions and improvement scenarios to put customer journeys back at the center of our thinking.

- Support for organizational or human situations

- Monitoring and optimizing portfolio budget allocation

- Change management support

- Definition of training programs (specifications, pedagogical engineering)

- Participate in project team recruitment

- Monitor technology and benchmark the French market and foreign trends

- Participate in setting up user tests
