Manage the Tariff Shield project within the French Marketing and Offer Development team
Activities and deliverables
- Coordination of a project team divided into 3 work packages (legal/regulatory/financial, customer communication, IT/processes) and follow-up of the roadmap
- Contribution to financial analyses in order to monitor the impact of the project and the volumes involved (number of customers involved, amount of discounts, etc.).
- Production of business requirements and business specifications for IT teams, and management of acceptance of the various developments carried out to adapt the customer billing model (400,000 contracts).
- Carry out acceptance tests on the various developments carried out
- Contribute to communication with customers and sales advisors - Ensure proper application of discount processes throughout the year
- Production of a Rex of the project's progress over the year
- Contribution to external lobbying (arguments / language) with opinion leaders and public authorities
