Position the marketing function as a strategic sparring partner for senior management, and support B2C and B2B marketing teams in optimizing their ROI by improving their marketing levers.

Activities and deliverables

- Audit of existing marketing levers (performance benchmark, keep/start/stop summary), particularly digital marketing levers and BtoB partnerships

- Identification of options/use cases and quantification/qualification of impacts

- Selection of optimization scenarios (annual marketing plan, process changes)

- Formalization of marketing plan and annual budget

- Preparation for implementation by country (OKRs, marketing plans, workshops)

- Review of Marketing Division organization in light of new priorities
