Structuring the Operational Excellence Program, managing lean projects and training initiatives
Activities and deliverables
- Support for the deployment of an Operational Excellence program
- Support for the Program Manager in project selection, results reporting, and program communication activities
- Coaching for the preparation of "process reviews" set up after projects.
Results :
- Training of 2 "Green Belt" promotions in French and in English and operational coaching until they obtain their certification
- Coordination of the Green Belt community set up since the launch of the program
- Leading KAIZEN workshops (operational workshops) with business teams on concrete improvement issues (cost, quality, lead time).
- Operational Excellence project portfolio management
