Conduct due diligence on a startup digitalizing the real estate sector to validate the scalability and viability of their positioning.
The target is a unified platform dedicated to the management of a wide range of digital data from real estate assets, enabling, for example, the collection and tracking of ESG, legal, economic and other KPIs.
The fund aims to understand the challenges and motivational drivers of potential customers such as asset managers and property managers, as well as the issues surrounding digital data (energy, surface data, real-time BIM data, building accounting and financial management, etc.).
Activities and deliverables
- Call experts to better understand the expectations of different types of customers and their appetite for the platform
- Formalization of a study of the French market for digital data platforms
- Presentation to the Board of Key success factors / key purchasing criteria and Go/NoGo scenarios
