Activities and deliverables
- Orchestrating the governance of the Remote Distribution Division and leading its organization
- Drawing up, sharing and coordinating the Remote Distribution division's strategy in line with General Management's strategy
- Helping to raise the profile of the Remote Distribution division in governance bodies
- Financial monitoring and budget management
- Construction and steering of the management roadmap and implementation of monitoring tools and KPIs to achieve performance.
- Leading cross-departmental projects
