A simple and transparent process that will win your confidence. A Weem team member will be tasked with managing and following up on solutions for each of your needs.

Meeting
We’ll support you throughout the duration of your consulting assignments, starting with the definition of your needs. Together we’ll study the characteristics of the consulting assignment—the background, stakes, and magnitude, and the skills and qualities required—to later identify the right talent, or talents, for the job.”

Selection
After identifying professionals whose profiles are best aligned with your needs, we’ll present your assignment to them, check their availability, and confirm their interest.

It's a match
After submitting our picks to you, it’s time to meet the selected professionals in person. This is a key step in the process, where both sides have the opportunity to assess their mutual interest and willingness to bring the project at hand to a successful completion together.

Contracting
Once you’ve approved our picks, their assignments can begin. Weem will handle all administrative procedures, from contracting to billing and payment of the recruited professionals, with the sole aim of sparing you the hassle.

Follow up
We maintain constant contact with our clients and the professionals dispatched for their assignments, regularly relaying feedback between all parties.

Feedback & formation
A must to allow everyone to learn, grow and improve. Each end of the project is the occasion of a shared evaluation with the consultants and accompanied by an ad hoc training plan. In progress we trust!
